Kathy Redden, Co-Founder and Chief Fitness Officer Kathy Redden started exploring health and fitness over 23 years ago when she started teaching at various health facilities throughout Austin, including the University of Texas RecSports Department and over 10 fitness center chains. At many of these companies, Kathy spent time working in departments such as membership, accounting, payroll and sales in addition to group exercise and personal training. Kathy’s specialty and intense passion has always been leading group fitness, connecting people to others and new hobbies, ultimately changing lifestyles. Her experience has proven there is strength in groups, and that when you surround yourself with friends that encourage you and provide accountability, as well as fun and non-traditional ways to be active, you will have more success in your long-term health.Kathy worked with Neal and Gibson Consulting (later Gibson Consulting) as a consultant on internal audits and projects for private companies and school districts that focused on efficiency, effectiveness and profitability improvement. She also has experience at Dell Financial Services where she was a Financial Sales representative in the Large Corporate Accounts Sales Department working with regional teams to increase their sales through a better understanding of the financial aspects of large companies. Kathy also worked with the Education Department at Apple computer, focusing on primary and secondary institutions on the west coast.
